GridPlay started out in 2018 as a group of groups in Second Life that both Venkellie and Sweetdebbie co-own together. Such groups include Rail & Train Center (RTCSL) and Debbie's Airport (SLDA). By the time GridPlay was formed Ven already had a walkie talkie system in the works which she then released as Ventalkie and Wmps
